This here was awesome but they need to come up with the bar more weight both with 50lb and 25 lb
For something so simple i’m pleasantly surprised
I will look for one that is better quality but like the work out too much to return this while i am waiting

Though in watching videos i see that you are supposed to be able to roll it and shorten the tension easily between exercises and this one does not allow it

You can only change the tension by the foot which is not worth it for a few exercises

It does not come with a book but there are plenty of classes on youtube
