Pros
Used outside as a vendor in incredibly muggy weather. It delivers a steady and refreshing breeze that instantly cools your face down.
It sits comfortably on the neck and the flexible band allows it to be adjusted. The design of the neck fan is incredibly convenient. It's lightweight and compact. And it is adjustable to fit different neck sizes.
It is solidly made so should last for a long time. It is rechargeable and works great. I used to have a handheld face fan that used batteries - this one is a million times better.
Cons
The amazon return procedure is not as seamless as advertised. Only one side of the fan operates and will not turn off.
