I received this a while back and going to use it for an out of town trip recently i discovered the zipper pull for the lower center pocket was missing making the largest pocket totally useless

The first pic shows mine with no zipper pull both sides are the same the second shows where the pull should be

The strap stitching was ragged and loose

I love the space this has to offer but the cheap thin pockets on the inside ripped the first time i put my makeup in them
