Pros
The meter appears accurate (fresh air gives 425ppm, which is very close to the current global average of 400ppm) the sensor takes time to accurately reflect the ambient co2 level.
Cons
This got returned after the first day. Could not calibrate. The specification indicates batteries or power adapter. Over complicated.

Although i dont have a second device to compare this to the measurement seem to make sense at least on an ordinal scale
I have no other meters to compare accuracy but the readings seem reasonable

Unfortunately the serial connection does not work with standard usbuart adapters such as ftdi

In fact when i plugged in my oscilloscope there was no signal at all

You have to buy their special adapter to get data logging output and they only provide software for windows computers

Their manual does specify connection parameters and data format so there is hope i can do some reverse engineering

Build quality is decent not highly ruggedized but chunky enough that i expect it to survive a couple of accidental drops

In areas where you would expect more co2 you find higher readings
