Pros
Fan blows out enough cool air to keep me refreshed. Not a replacement for a formal ac unit but it gives a good refreshment sensation. Love the timer function.
This portable evaporative cooler works really well for me. It's a fan with multiple speeds and then also there are two points for which it pulls water out to mist.
It works better than expected and operates almost silently. It's not as loud as it sounds on the video, i just have an excellent mic on my cell. It’s pretty quiet and kind of serene.
Cons
Not reliable. Such a shame and waste. Product doesn't deliver for the price you'd pay.
No cooling mist is produced. It only cools if you are directly behind it.

Whats good about the unit is the foot print is small and squarish so it should be neat on a small dressing table

If it were less expensive i would recommend it as an alternative to a fan but at this price point i would say it is not worth it

The entire unit has to be moved to aim it where you want the fan to blow air
