Problem is the cushion is so thin you can feel the hard frame not at all comfortable

I tried placing some folded blankets between the cushion and frame but that wasn’t enough and also the blankets were visible

My only complaint is as shown in pic 2 3 closeups several of the little white dangling balls immediately fell off when i put it on

You can tell they were not sewn on very
