I did find it helpful as others have mentioned to run the popsicles under warmhot water before trying to take them out of the mold

But much daughter loves them and they are a good size for lower kids and teens even adults unlike most that are for little kids and thus rather small

They slide out easily but the stick and its base were the problem

Once they are on the molds its really hard to get them off
