Even though it came with a little brush i simply rinsed the empty containers with warm water tossed them on the top rack of the dishwasher and they were ready to go again

It only takes a couple ounces of liquid fruit or whatever youre using so dont overfill leave about a 14 headspace that the handle is mostly covered by
