Without power tools i found metal framing difficult to work with and will continue to frame in wood often even after i acquire the tools

When i purchased this framing stock i didnt realize that my solder joins would keep the frame pieces from sliding onto my finished stain glass lead came edges

I think im going to have to sand down the frame at each point that a join meets the wood

I get that im not a master glass artist but completing the frame to securely hold my 20x30 pieces is going to take quite a bit of extra time
