It takes less than two minutes to place a bike on it and hold it in place. It transforms a road bike into an exercise bike in no time at all. Delivered promptly, seems reasonably robust and easy to assemble.
The resistance is adequate unless you are an enthusiast or elite cyclist. When it's very wet, windy, cold or icy i find it hard to motivate myself so indoor cycling is the ideal solution.
Cons

The only problem i have had is punctures as i was unaware that you require a trainer tyre for your cycle punctures are caused by heat generated by normal tyres

The instructions for assembling the bike turbo trainer were too small and difficult to read

I have used the stand for half an hour most days since it arrived and although it packs away pretty small i have actually chosen to leave my bike in the corner with it for convenience when exercising

Yes its a bit noisy but loud music in my ears from my earbuds and that is fixed as well
