The vacuum head sucks in everything and works wonders on getting alge off the bottom without letting it escape around the edges

Would have given it 5 stars but i feel the bottom brushes could be a bit longer and the blue edges could be better constructed with tighter tolerance so there isnt a cap between them and the rest of the unit

Bugs and dirt get caught in the outer brushes and require some amount of manipulation to get them loose

The swivel in the center and it not having enough weight to hold it to the bottom has not given us a problem as stated in other reviews
