Pros

Just unplug old one and plug in new one. Easy peasy. Only downside is this is just the cords.

Cons

It feels like something is punching my back instead of massaging it. I am afraid that my chair will catch on fire, so i no longer use the massage feature on my chair. This is useless to me, i am not an electrician.
