The ponaris keeps my sinus clear, love it. It soothes my nasal passages. The only downside is the dropper.
Great moisturizing emollient. Arrived when stated. Online ordering has. I couldn't find it anywhere locally.
For having eucalyptus in it, it's not over pungent. A little after taste, not bad. Soothing and excellent natural euc dalyptus/mint smell.

The flavor smell of this product is not what is important

It is an old remedy wo chemicals that will not make your nose allergies fixed for just a little while and then make it worse like most of prescribed or ot medicines do

It contains iodine and while essential to the thyroid if youre sensitive to it read the label read it anyway
