All you have to do is put them in the right position, install two polywood pieces and and a bolt on each arm, tighten and enjoy. High quality stainless steel bolts and nuts (2each) and 2 resin pegs are all that goes into the final assembly.

This feels like a rushed job. Polywood is garbage. It's horribly prone to mold. And it's not that easy to remove with scrub brush and soap, as some have suggested.
