Pros
I use a roasting pan with a rack to allow the smoke to reach both sides of the steak, chop, filet, etc.

The smoke quality is terrific and works perfectly for the cold smoked items ive tried it with
They are all super nice quality and this is no exception
I will probably buy a cheap lighter and just keep it in the box with the smoker
As to quality of the smoke not sure what i expected but the smoke was very clean white and no particulates

I recommend you do the smoking near your stove top fan if you do it inside

That way you can turn on the fan and not smoke up the whole room

One word of caution when i first received it i used it inside the house
