I use it several times a week and it never fails or disappoints. I know there were problems two years ago, but this is a redesigned version.

The controls are easy and intuitive to use and you don't need to use your smartphone to set the controls. They’re super accurate, reasonably durable, and fairly simple to operate. Great build quality. Good book, great seller.

Sous vide is amazing! I have a friend who is a chef at a famous restaurant. Seafood of all kinds come out perfect! Absolutely love the convenience of being able to cook everything with the sous vide machine.
