After getting frustrated with the bloated product lineup of the prolific sealer brand in the us i took a leap of faith and accepting a possible return and bought polyscience sealer

Although the unit has a kick stand intended to make sealing liquids easy it merely makes it possible rather than impossible

For liquids deploy the kick stand carefully position the sealing region of the bag into the seal bar but not the vacuum tray

You can try to squish out as much air as possible but attempting to apply any vacuum to a bag containing liquids will result in failure to seal

I have not tested the external air hose so cannot speak to compatibility with other products

Going from a foodsaver v2244 and much prefer this is the foodsaver only had the auto option which would frequently mess up detecting whether there was any air left
