Pros

Found this polycell product on amazon. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Used to cover water stains due to rain ingress. If you have a water leak mark on the ceiling this covers it -it actually works. Covers stains and knots in wood well and is a good product.

Easy to use, drys quickly. Easy to overlook when it does such a fantastic job.

Cons

The worst primer used in 30 years. Maybe tolerable for a small stain in an empty room with windows wide open.
