Didnt have time to get a 12 gun so tried to cut down the cartridge problem is when you do that you remove part of the seal so the caulk escapes back down the cartridge

There was no indication that the dispenser was larger than average and did not fit the normal size dispenser or guns

If you don’t have a longer gun you have to use a bit and then cut off the bottom of the cartridge to get it to fit or buy a new gun which is not ideal

Remember to rinse the cloth after use before the caulk has time to set
