Charging is simple with a universal usb-c charger. The charging dock cable actually supports data transfer, as your pc will detect the headset when docked. There is an app for mobile and mac/windows.
Construction is solid, as is expected for an enterprise brand like plantronics. Build quality is solid with many details and intuitive controls. This is my first headset from this maker and i'm impressed by the quality.
Training your fingers to feel for the mute button and other tiny controls is also a challenge.
Cons
Plastic head band has very weak joints that would eventually broke. Tried resetting and different laptop and got the same result. The instructions are not clear. Sply does not appear on my phone.
