Poly bluetooth headset comes with a usb adapter to connect to your computer. The usb adapter is plug'n'play just as it should be in 2022. Headset works with apple products with dual-switching.
Battery life is admirable. Charge seems to last quite a while and they recharge fairly quickly via usb cable in a power bar. The mic works as it should. But firstly, the charging stand is nice.
The bt 5. Is the best headset for business, it's effectively the #1 headset experience i've had thus far. The physical build quality is decent and it's amongst some of the highest that i've seen for headsets. And best of all they are wireless.
Cons
This headset has a problem where it mutes the microphone. Attempting to press the mute button on the headset results in mute off, mute on cycle of prompts. Completely unusable out of the box.

I dont know if ive got largerthannormal ears or they protrude more than is common but i find the vast majority of earcupping headphones extremely uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time

My biggest complaint about this is that the dock and usb adapter have to be plugged in separately

I already have the dock plugged into my laptop so using another port for only the adapter seems like a wasted port to me

I understand this is quite expensive but if you take a lot of calls maybe this one can be a nice treat to yourself

The ear cushions left and right sides shown on the pics do get warm on the ears after wearing them for a few minutes but that is to be expected with its on ear design

Ive always found an inconvenience in all those headsets whether its comfort range battery life etc
