The first chair we ordered had a factory defect making it impossible to fully assemble

The original package came a few days late and then it took upwards of a week of correspondence to get a new chair sent out to me

That package also came a few days late but in the end it arrived with the correct parts and the chair was assembled in a matter of seconds it really is just screwing the legs into the underside bracket

After that i was told i could donate or dispose of those pieces

I inquired if it would be possible to purchase the remaining pieces of the vortex chair but was told they do not sell kit components of their chairs

To be clear i do not feel i am owed a semifree second chair out of this whole situation

I do however think it odd that i could be left with a case of parts that im supposed to donate or dispose of at my discretion
