I have a denon x2500h that puts out 95 watts pc and was going to bi-wire them, but decided to chose to only wire one of the double posts. No distortion whatsoever.
High-quality speakers are often extremely expensive and nigh impossible to obtain on a college student's budget. These speakers are great and won't break your wallet. They are heavy and the components look high quality. Very sturdy construction.
Highs are complete and not tinny or harsh. Mid-range is smooth and the highs clear and not too frigid. The tweeter is surprisingly smooth and crisp.
The sound quality is off the charts. The audio quality and reproduction are amazing. The sound is amazing to any volume.
Series ii speakers are amazing. Compared to the 50's they sound much richer, full and detailed. When played through my roku ultra on youtube, is dynamic and full and rich when played through the monitor 70 ii's.

After looking at the prices of those speakers i realized that i was not willing to pay their rediculous amount for each each speaker

We probably had the amplifier turned up about half way which was loud enough to feel impacts in our chests but not enough to feel deafening like a cinema can occasionally

I feel like i have hit the acoustic lottery here because i realize that not everyone would get such results with such a large odd space
