Pros
The best thing for my tkr. Is the timer. This is critically important and is easily adjustable. The timer is very helpful.
The 16-qt cooler is on wheels with a retractable handle that is easy to maneuver from my chair to the refrigerator, and back again. Only issue is the hose, wires etc, kinda cumbersome especially recovering from surgery.
The pad actually straps to him with velcro. Two shorter straps around the leg and the larger strap around the hips. The velcro straps stopped sticking to the sleeve at about 4 1/2 - 5 weeks post op.
The cooling system is great! Only one drawback. Has other adaptors so it will not be a one time purchase and used once. The only caveat to this unit is the cooling pad is completely useless.
