Pros & Cons
Pros
The 12 size is perfect for my needs as a lunch and drink cooler. I need the strap as the 6 can soft cooler, with ice, going down long, long hallways in large hotels is a hassle without a strap. Would like more pockets for snacks or utensils.
Cons
More like a rugged manilla envelope than a boxy cooler. It is very inflexible, making it difficult to get in and out of while traveling. Hugely disappointed in the skinny fit and impractical shape.

My one dislike is how stiff it is

Also the ice pack inserts they recommend are just too big for the cooler as two of them take up almost the entire bag

I filled the cooler with pretty hot water thinking that letting that sit in the bag would soften up the thing but it didn’t seem to make any difference
