Came exactly as pictured. No loose or hanging threads. All seams are well done.
The plushie is soft and well-made. The product is plush soft & cute. This issoft and cuddly.
This jiggly puff is so cute. My kids are obsess with pokemon, we have so many pokemon plush toy and pokemon card. My daughter loves everythingpokemon.

Did not arrive in plastic bag. Just stuffed in a box.
