First of all this thing comes with a power cord that has to be permanently wired to your car

Second you have to buy a micro sd card for this to work

I went to install the sd card i heard it click in when i took my hand away the card fell out into the abyss of my card i could not find it 15 bucks out the window well 30because i had to buy a second

They did not design this thing very well as the buttons and the sd card are on the bottom very hard to get to when its mounted

Forth the supplied power cord did not work i used my power cord from my gps to test this thing out and my gps wire plugs in the 12 volt plug in my car

Fifth the wifi on this thing stinks and it does not stay connected
