Within the first 3 days i noticed my teeth had got a lot whiter
I recommend buying mouth guards to put the gel in when you place them on your teeth as helps to keep the gel onthe recommend time is 5 minutes if you teeth have barely any stains on them the maximum time is 20 which even though i had minimal stains i still did to get the full benefit
I dont have sensitive teeth however after a week of doing this my teeth did ache abit after the 20 minutes however i just carried on
I still have some gel left to top it up if i have a big event going on
