Pros
The seaming on the shirt seems to be done well. The weight of the material is nice- not heavy or scratchy. It comes out of the dryer fairly wrinkle free, but i use downy wrinkle-release to smooth it out.
I wear xl tops and this fits perfect. Have in almost all colors. I teach high school and our color for spirit day is purple.
Cons
Also, sizing is not consistent. Very puffy and blousey. Wasn't flattering to my short stature.

The 34 are a tiny bit snug but not so much as to be uncomfortable

The 34 length sleeves are ok but not wide enough for my forearms so i can’t button them
