Pros
Before and after pics here. For the value it’s a no brainer. Saves time and headaches.
Each 3 pvc fitting is close to $10 so using this thing twice is worth it. Used for a 3 inch toilet *.
These things are awesome. Decent finish, rather than a chop job if done other method. Great tool to have in the box.
Cons
The guide must be lengthened. The 4 inch socket saver jams during usage. It has no cutting surface. This tool leaves gouges in the hub.
Oh what the heck. This product is a scam! There is no way anyone with a 3rd grade education would recommend this product! This is only the 2nd review on amazon in a decade i've done if that helps people understand how incredibly bad it is!

The more expensive cutters would probably give you better results but for a onetime project this was a good option considering the price
I was able to put some umph behind it and never had to worry about damaging it

It cut the old fitting out but the cut was not smooth and resulted in a leak when i glued the new fitting in

Changing out the 90 degree elbow was difficult at best where it was located and would of required i rebuild most of a sprinkler system manifold

There is another brand of similar tool that is much more expensive that likely results in a cleaner finish so if you are doing a lot of repairs would probably be a better choice
