Pros

Takes a short swirly bulb that snaps in. They turn on instantly, there's no buzzing, and the brightness is the same as the old cfls. These are brighter (which is great) and turn-on without flickering.

These bulbs work great in our 7-year old panasonic bathroom fans. It replaces the old compact fluorescence bulbs easily. It even comes wit ha sticker to warn users not to use regular fluorescent bulbs anymore.

Cons

There are wiring instructions that mention altering the fixture to bypass the ballast, but the wires in the instructions are nothing like the fixture's.

Truly plug and play for me worked as advertised great upgrade

They work great and were easy to install

Plus the cfl bulbs are a pain to remove ive had them break off at the base which is a disaster

Purchased other 13w bulbs that flickered before coming on and one stopped working within 30 minutes

Price

These were exactly what i needed the right base a range of color temperatures and not too expensive

Good value for the money since it came as a 2 pack whereas the others inside the store costs more just for 1

Title says it all these arrived fast fit perfect and were super bright

I dont know if it was packed this way or if i received a returned item but the outside of the box was not damaged only the bulb within

But one of the two lights in the package was broken in the box when it arrived with the clear top separated from the opaque base

Competitiveness

It is so bright and works better than the cfl it replaced

No intermittent rapid flicker like i experienced with another brand

Doubt this is as good as an ottlite as far as the daylight spectrum of colors goes

That is very different than the cfl
