We had a tornado touch down not to far from the house so the wind was ripping through our backyard and not once did the door open the spring action was strong enough to avoid that and it was virtually leak proof only small drops of water got through

The install was easy we had a previous door installed and it was taller by 1inch that left a gap of 3mm but easily fixed with the spray foam sealentthe reason we switched to this door was because our dog kept eating the magnet ant the bottom of the old door so le flap never closed and bugs and rain got in we had a frog and a grass snake get through so it was time for a new door

We held the door opened like that for them and then as they were coming through let the doors go so they would get used to the feeling of it touching them

The doors wont curl and leave open spaces like the flap doors
