Personally i lift first thing in the morning so i make it the night before and when i grab it in the morning its 100 in solution with no additional shakingswishing necessary at all

Which is surprising given that when i put it in the fridge the powder is clumpy it looks like yogurt raisins are floating in the cup thats how clumpy it is the night before
