Playmobil quality is terrific as is their customer support
My kids have a few playmobil sets so im familiar with the building

I even tried signing up for amazon uk to get playmobil items only available in europe it did not work out with shipping
Packaging/appearance
It comes with plenty of dolls and accessories so even if your child doesnt have other playmobil sets this is perfect right out of the box
I couldnt see what had caused it in the packaging but i suspect it was the turret tops so that was the only disappointment during assembly

Playmobil makes a good effort to organize the pieces into 4 different areas but there were times when i still had to root through the entire box to find some sort of connector or other small piece

This improves the detail of the castle but i had to get tweezers and remove stickers a few times in order to get it right
