Tent is large enough to provide a decent amount of shade for roughly about 3-4 adults comfortably. Is fairly waterproof, a few minor leaks during the rain storms. Nicely built, the fabric is a tent material so it's lightweight.

It didn’t come with instructions had to use the photo in the listing which would not work if i didn’t have cell phone reception

Also the tent part it’s self was very quick and easy to set up but in order to try to stick it up as a independent shade without a car you really need to people as it kept tipping over before i could properly stick it down
