This is a fantastic little book if you need to learn how to get going quickly. Love this book as a handy reference guide while attempting growth on the piano. Having more fun because of this book!

Cons

The piano guy lifts what it wants out of other books and adds nothing new. The book reads exactly like a transcript of the way he talks.

The cancellation period. No refund what could not be used. Their customer service stinks.

Excellent book and excellent method of teaching

I have played using chord notations for years learning on my own but this book helps me better understand the interplay between chords

What this does is give you the tools to learn to read and use a fake book and give you a back door into playing music by ear on the piano

I would love to play this simply but it is an acquired skill that does require some dedication

Price

At reduced costsintend to get more keyboard time to put his approaches into my playing

Competitiveness

I have also ordered 34the next step34 and so far its even better with lots of great tips

Just think it would have been better to get the 61 key because this wont fit on my table so havent found a place to put it out completely
