Fast filtering, easy to use and backflush. No clogging so far. More versatile than a life straw and yet is compact and affordable.
Cons
Several of the fibers were damaged and one was broken. Seems like a problem with quality control.

I just ran it under the tap and closed both ends with it full of water

You dont need to keep it full of water while camping unless you let it dry out
