Pros
These are not the ez type connectors but they are the type you need if you are terminating cat 6 shielded cable using the platinum tools tele titan 2 crimper. A basic cable checker helps here too.
Cons
The thicker wires and outer jacket of cat 6a cables are a tight fit, making it extremely difficult to align the wires properly. This is a common design, but there seems to be no taper to guide the wires into their homes.

Simply strip back the outer housing of the cable separate the cables into the appropriate order slide them into the plastic guide dont strip the small wires leave them as is

Crimp down the outer housing and your are done
