The other colors in this model have a matte finish with a grainy texture to the finish

The other colors also seem pale and washed out in terms of saturation whereas the white is a pure bright white

After a few decades my preferred one began leaking and i looked into having it repaired or the nib replaced but that doesnt seem feasible
