Pros
Compartments are good sized and can be made longer by removing a divider in that row across. Great for organizing my daughters earrings and mother in laws jewelers. Each container has a small latch to snap and seal the unit.
Cons
The dividers are very limited to only certain types of configurations. Flimsy latches on the lid.

Not the sturdiest they feel a little flimsy but they stay closed lock correctly
