I dont think the paints would dry out completely in this box if you put a piece of moist paper towel in the nmixing area before closing it

I didnt buy it to hold it with my thumb in the hole they could have left that off it doesnt work well

It makes mixing watercolor a bit odd since you have bubbles of water everywhere as opposed to puddles

Since closing it means compromising paint colors i eventually just broke it at the hinge

Some were okay nijis folding palette is very similar but cheaper plastic still staining cheap plastic etc
