Pros

Will have to buy a new container, separate and sort. The variety pack lets you choose the right or closest size. Cheaper than buying anchors separately.

Great price. Nice assortment and fantastic value for little money. Nice to have on hand for various projects to mount. Definitely worth the purchase.

Cons

Low quality anchors that tend to slip/rotate in the wall when you try to thread the bolt into them. Then, reverse your driver and slowly unscrew the bolt from the anchor.

Some first, these are so obviously very low quality. I have to assume that the many of rave reviews and ratings are by people who never actually tried to used them.

Arrived in broken case. It was cracked and the tabs to close it were broken off. Also no shoulder around the plastic inserts.

The plastic pieces are so brittle. Thirdly, they require so much turning pressure to self-thread that they slip in their drywall hole, thus making them virtually unusable. The rest are a jumbled, disorganized mess.
