Pros
The mic seems good and noise cancelation is great. Used this inside a noisy mall, while on w bike ride, infront of a fan. Audio is good, and noise cancellation is on par with other headsets i've used.
The unit is robust and built to take a beating, even a heavy workout sweat. Flaw in design, everything else is great.
it charges in its case, which is great for portability. It retains its own charge and stores the adapter as well. The charging case that came with it makes it easy to just plop the headset in.
Headset is smaller than other over the ear headsets and sleeker than most wired mono pc headsets. No one noticed uc is awesome when u need to switch between computers. It announces the caller name or the phone number if they're not in your contacts.
Many headsets now are transitioning to long inserts that * your ears after a long day. It comes with a few different ear piece sizes to adjust to your your size ear. It's very comfortable just sitting on top of my ear.
Cons
Amazon is replacing, they say it has to be from the same seller. This seller states the item is new. Was not in original packaging. What's with the warranty?

Only downside right now is the talk time it seemed very short today but it may be that it didn’t fully charge will test again tomorrow but best bet is to keep in charger if not in use
