Best feature is that the unit does announce the caller's name, assuming that caller is in your contacts. Decent battery life and quick charging. It is compatible with microsoft teams, and using this headset with teams, you can mute the microphone or e... Read More

Noise cancellation is as good as it gets. I wish it was a little louder. The noise cancellation is that good.

Plt app is easy and great for settings. I use it for my work from home setup and it's perfect. Works as advertised.

This headset connects to both simultaneously via bluetooth. It switches between each seamlessly. This headset is bigger than my old jabra storm.

Cons

Buyers beware of this product/seller. Time to shop for another vendor - manufacturer. Contacted amazon and pretty much got sorry, contact the manufacturer. It seems that amazon does not have the ability to make their customers happy.

The connectivity is off/on and the battery life rapidly declined. The case shows it at full charge, until i use it. It instantly turns off saying battery low.
