Pros

Plantronics calisto 620 speakerphone is a bi-directional device. Works perfectly on the phone, or using this as an audio device. Bluetooth connectivity allows me to use a colleagues cell phone.

Cons

If the battery dies and you plug it in, there's a lag of 7-10 minutes before it powers back up. Do not waste your money on it.

Has this item for about 2 years and it has failed more times then a wet tissue in the rain. It's very frustrating, and i have to reboot the speakerphone to get it corrected. Loses bluetooth connection frequently.
