Pros
When the instructions are followed correctly it works well. Then water the plants thoroughly. To improve the instructions. Followed instructions and so far so good.
Usual fantastic amazon delivery. Quick and friendly. Once you understand how they work are excellent.
Cons
The product looks great but it doesn't feed plants for 2 weeks. My pots only last 2 days. Don’t waste your money.

If the wick is not wetted properly and in touch with the soil it wont work so you need to be consistent
Fantastic product the water drained quickly at first because the soil was really dry

I was away for a 2week holiday and with two globes plugged into each plant’s pot all plants survived fine

I went away for 4 days and when i got back the globe was about halffull

By the time i filled it up the 3rd time the water has lasted well over a week and it is not even half drained

After receiving advice from plantpal they are working fine advice as per other reviewers is to soak the wick first probably first time it will drain quickly like mine but subsequently drip feeds the plants properly
