Great for mild indigestion. Love this eo for aiding digestion. In ancient chinese medicine, it is used to help with a variety of ailments from congestion to helping increase the flow of breast milk.

Great oil for cleansing and detoxing, good taste if taken *. I love the smell of black licorice, and i have dealt with digestive problems for many years.

Very potent and is comparable if not better than mlm brands. The aromatherapy qualities are very good. Very good fennel (of course ) smelling.

Cons

Doesn't even smell like black licorice. Not as effective as doterra brand fennel oil.
