Pros & Cons
Pros
Greger's great book. The esselstyn's and the campbell's (doctor's & authors) seem to be family friends. Rip's writing style is easy to read and digest.
Best vegan cookbook on the market. Meat, dairy and eggs shorten you're life. This book shows you how to thrive without them.
Love plant strong and the engine 2 cookbook by rip esselstyn. Build on that with leafy greens, other vegetables and fruits. He gives specific information on where you get the nutrients from.
Cons
The author ignores the sugar content of things like maple syrup and ketchup. The hamburger buns and bread and corn that the author recommends for his recipes contain glyphosate as well as refined sugars.
There is evidence to debunk some of his principles, particularly when it comes to fat. The author's ego is apparent throughout the book. The cookbook portion could be reduced down to less than half of its content.
