Pros
The recipes are quick prep - usually 10-15 min - and easy to follow. Most are forgiving if you substitute an ingredient or two. It is helping us get more beans and prebiotic fiber into our diets.

This is the book i’ve been wishing for! Good stuff. This book is a keeper!
It is not a glossy picture book, but the recipes are well written and easy to follow. There are not many photos in this book which isn't a problem for me but for some it may be. Really like theformatting and pictures too. Easy-to-read size font.
