Pros

These are great, sturdy little boxes. The dividers seem to fit pretty snugly without gaps so that little parts stay in the compartment you put them in without migrating around. Someday i’d like to see one where the horizontal dividers are movable.

Tje size is small but it is what i needed for a cubby in my boat. Works perfectly for my wife's earrings.

Cons

There is no option to make any of the 6 front to back compartments wider. They are not adjustable! Only the ones that would create a vertical midline division are removable.
